Sinopsis

The sequel to The Rune that Binds follows Elise, the young woman who had been betrothed to Jan learns of his death and the fate of his village. Determined to protect her own people from the Beckoning and its creatures, she sets out to learn the secrets of the runes from the enigmatic and secretive Sumisarians.
