Sinopse

All three books in the Ghost Bear series by Jesse Wilson, now available in one volume!

On The Savage Trail: Four friends decide to go camping and ghost hunting in the deep nowhere of Colorado. Even the locals don't want them going on that trail. When the night falls, imaginary horror proves to be all too real. And under a full moon, their innocent camping trip turns into a night of terror.

Back On The Savage Trail: It's time for the Autumn Bayok Festival Days, and the full moon is near. Jenny is consumed with revenge and against her better judgement, plans to return to Bayok’s haunt. Long time ghost Tamara and her friend, Myranda, decide to catch a glimpse of the legend and head to the place where the previous attacks happened. A ghost hunting TV crew has also been dispatched to the same spot. After the unlikely group meets each other and the night falls, their trip turns into a desperate attempt to escape.

One Last Trip Down The Savage Trail: The threat isn’t over. Somehow, Bayok has escaped his prison and continues its killing spree. Jenny and Mia learn of this but decide that they've both had enough horror for one lifetime. But soon, they realize that the spirit might want to get even. Reaching out to Tim Decker for help, the unlikely trio sets out to put an end to Bayok once and for all.

Recluse Sophie Vanguard's winter cabin retreat turns ominous when blue flowers mysteriously appear. They're everywhere. On her front porch, in kitchen cabinets, and even on her pillow. It isn't long before chilling whispers echo in the halls, and her journal repeats seven unsettling entries.
Enter the bloodied and beautifully eccentric Ly Thi Ren. Though Ren seems familiar, Sophie refuses to believe the girl's insistence that they are trapped inside a book.
In a land of fiction, truth and lies blur together, clear decisions are marred by doubt, and shared family trauma lurks just below the surface.
Can Ren and Sophie make it out alive? Or will they end up nothing more than words inked in blood and memory?

Norma is a modern-day nomad. Living out of her van and teardrop trailer, she revels in self-reliance, solitude, and reading in the glorious peace of nature. Jovial, wise, and scrupulously honest, she's become an uplifting presence in the little town of Quindicott, Rhode Island, where bookseller Pen is thankful to have her part-time help. But it's Norma's other job, working as a housekeeper at the Finch Inn, that gets her into terrible trouble. Norma is accused of stealing jewels from a guest's room: the legendary Valentino Teardrops, an antique necklace and earring set, inherited by a young socialite. Pen doesn't believe Norma is guilty of the crime—though the evidence is distressingly strong. And when the spirited Norma vanishes before her arrest, Pen turns to another spirit . . .

Jack Shepard, PI, may have been gunned down decades ago, but his memory hasn't been ghosted. Back in the 1940s, those same Valentino Teardrops starred in a bizarre case of betrayal and murder. From the look of things, history is about to repeat. Now Jack is back on the job, and Pen is eternally grateful.

The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath is a novella by H. P. Lovecraft (1890–1937) published by Arkham House posthumously in 1943 in the collection Beyond the Wall of Sleep. Begun probably in the autumn of 1926, it was completed on January 22, 1927 and was unpublished in his lifetime. It is both the longest of the stories that make up his Dream Cycle and the longest Lovecraft work to feature protagonist Randolph Carter. Along with his 1927 novel The Case of Charles Dexter Ward, it can be considered one of the significant achievements of that period of Lovecraft's writing. The Dream-Quest combines elements of horror and fantasy into an epic tale that illustrates the scope and wonder of humankind's ability to dream.

A multitude of very short stories populated with things that lurk in the dark corners of human imagination. Wonderfully crafted and sometimes ending with an unexpected outcome, these stories are well rooted in mythology and speak of things beyond the thin veil of reality. - Summary by Rosslyn Carlyle
