I’ve had many paranormal experiences in my life and some pretty cool spiritual enlightenment experiences too. This has given me a good understanding of the spiritual development process and the development of paranormal abilities as a side effect.
I’m also an Engineer with a lot of Physics mixed into my education so I have a pretty good understanding of the conventional views of engineering and science as taught in our universities.
My fascination with the unusual and unknown also led me to write about off the wall subjects like the paranormal, time travel, and moving between dimensions. The research I did convinced me that these strange and weird phenomena do exist and are not fantasies.
All of these factors have led me to this book which has the goal of better understanding the Universe we live in, and how we can change the reality we live in through our willpower and beliefs.
My numerous experiences and research have led me to conclude that although we may think we live in a stable Universe—that is a big misunderstanding. The more I learn the more convinced I am that the Universe is much more complicated than we ever thought.
In this book I want to show you the reader that the stable reality we take for granted does not exist and we can manipulate many more things than we ever thought possible.
The more I learn, the more I realize that our Universe is a much more mysterious place than we ever thought.

For millennia, great thinkers have contemplated the meaning and purpose of human existence; but while most assumed that humanity was the end point of creation or the pinnacle of evolution, Ted Chu makes the provocative claim that the human race may in fact be a means rather than an end—that humankind will give rise to evolutionary successors. In this wide-ranging and authoritative work, Chu reexamines the question of human purpose in light of the extraordinary developments of science and technology. Arguing that a deep understanding of our place in the universe is required to navigate the magnitude of the choices that lie ahead, he surveys human wisdom from both East and West, traces the evolutionary trajectory that has led to this point, and explores the potentials emerging on the scientific frontier. The book addresses the legitimate fears and concerns of “playing God” but embraces the possibility of transcending biological forms and becoming or creating entirely new life-forms.

In this audiobook, Mack Sanderson and Emily Schwing reveal the stories behind the computer coding that touches all aspects of life—for better or worseFew of us give much thought to computer code or how it comes to be. The very word “code” makes it sound immutable or even inevitable. “You Are Not Expected to Understand This” demonstrates that, far from being preordained, computer code is the result of very human decisions, ones we all live with when we use social media, take photos, drive our cars, and engage in a host of other activities.Everything from law enforcement to space exploration relies on code written by people who, at the time, made choices and assumptions that would have long-lasting, profound implications for society. Torie Bosch brings together many of today’s leading technology experts to provide new perspectives on the code that shapes our lives. Contributors discuss a host of topics, such as how university databases were programmed long ago to accept only two genders, what the person who programmed the very first pop-up ad was thinking at the time, the first computer worm, the Bitcoin white paper, and perhaps the most famous seven words in Unix history: “You are not expected to understand this.”This compelling book tells the human stories behind programming, enabling those of us who don’t think much about code to recognize its importance, and those who work with it every day to better understand the long-term effects of the decisions they make. With an introduction by Ellen Ullman and contributions by Mahsa Alimardani, Elena Botella, Meredith Broussard, David Cassel, Arthur Daemmrich, Charles Duan, Quinn DuPont, Claire L.      From Gardens Where We Feel Secure is gardener and writer Susanna Grant's exploration of her thinking on history, value and meaning of nature in the city. Examining the premise that naming species allows us to expand our understanding, our interest, our ways of looking at the world around us, and the idea of plant-blindness—our tendency not to see what we can't name in the nature that surrounds us—she throws a spotlight on five of her favourite wildflowers with accompanying images by photographer Rowan Spray. These stories are interspersed with reflections on Grant's own countryside childhood and her work in London's community gardens: why we can't walk where we want to, planting as an act of resistance and, above all, the necessity of weeds and their beauty.
