Sinopse

Russ and his girlfriend Samantha are finally back together. She took him back after he'd been cheating with her sister, Jo. Who used to be Joe, before Russ started delivering a gender-bending hormone treatment to her. But when Jo drops a dose of the hormone into the wine for revenge, will it be Russ who transforms...or will Samantha suddenly find herself incredibly well-endowed and ready to totally dominate Russ with her new equipment?
