This guided meditation uses guided imagery which is designed to help you become smoke free. Guided imagery is most effective when a firm commitment has been made to stop smoking. It is an especially effective tool when used with self-hypnosis to bring about a change in behavior. Suggestions are offered to: release stress and enhance relaxation; breathe deeply to release the desire to smoke; and reinforce the commitment to be smoke-free through positive affirmations that encourage and strengthen the resolve of the individual.
