Sinopsis

Joel Chandler Harris was an American writer, journalist and folklorist. One of the most popular books by Harris is Uncle Remus. He wrote 7 Uncle Remus books containing 168 African American folktales.  This is an amusing story of the Bear, who had the biggest house among all creatures. He lived there with his family. It was a happy family - members did the things all the happy families do. Everybody was fat and there was hardly enough space for all of them. Once somebody knocked on the door. The guest and the master had a through-door conversation. The stranger appeared to be Brer Polecat and he wanted the Bear to let him in. Whether Brer Bear agreed or not you will know when you read the whole story.
