In this book, we’ll begin with examining exactly what a business model is and we will also take a look at the various definitions of the term. Next, we will move on to talk about defining your business model. In some cases, defining your business model is incredibly easy, but in other situations things might not be so clear. In chapter three, we’ll learn about the four most basic types of business models. Then, we’ll move on to discuss some of the myriad subtypes of business models that have sprung up.
