Il buon cibo è accostabile, per questo, ai buoni sentimenti, perché entrambi nutrono ed entrambi ci fortificano, nel corpo parimenti a come avviene poi per l'anima. «Non di solo pane vive l'uomo, ma di ogni parola che viene dalla bocca di Dio», è ciò che troviamo scritto proprio nella Bibbia, e dalla bocca di Dio proviene solo amore, per cui si evince che amore e cibo sono un connubio indispensabile a preservarci nell'anima e nel corpo.
