Sinopsis

A villa is listed for sale with an unusual ad on a real estate portal. The proposal catches Daphne’s attention as she’s looking for a new apartment after breaking up with her ex-girlfriend. But there’s one detail that makes it even more intriguing: “The seller isn’t asking for money.”

“This villa will go to whoever lives in it for thirty consecutive days, without ever stepping beyond its gates. And without paying a single cent,” Bárrot explained to her. Daphne smiled, amused. “What is it, haunted?” she asked, pretending to shiver. “Are there ectoplasms popping out of nowhere, playing tricks on the tenants?” Bárrot denied, shaking his head. “But maybe that would’ve been preferable...”

Daphne and her girlfriend have broken up abruptly. While staying at her sister’s place, Daphne sets out to find a new apartment. Intrigued by an unusual ad, she finds herself standing in front of a villa. Between discoveries and unexpected twists, what initially seems extraordinary and futuristic will soon turn into something far more threatening and uncontrollable.

When you’re clueless, Mr. Romance can help.
    Charlie
I’m not sure how it happened, but it turns out I’ve unknowingly been dating three people.
Friends don’t spoil other friends, apparently. My trust fund means I can afford to, though, and what’s a meal here and there? Or some clothes? Or textbooks? That doesn’t mean we’re dating, right?
Others disagree. If I want to get through the rest of college knowing who my friends are, I need help from someone who knows all about dating and can tell me what not to do.
    Someone like Mr. Romance.
    Liam
When people look at me, romance is the last thing they think of… but I’m still the first person they call. Need a first date planned? A big romantic moment? Gotta beg for forgiveness? I’m your man. When it comes to romance, I’ve got it handled.
Not personally, though. My romantic life is… barren. All I really want is someone to snuggle with and spoil me. What I’ve got is planning dates for people who have no clue about romancing someone.
But now I’m somehow Charlie Martin’s anti-romance consultant. Charlie, who’s completely clueless yet the most accepting and friendly person I’ve ever met. Who’s giving and generous. Who’s befriended me and wants me to be happy.
I’m supposed to help him stop his friends from falling for him. The last thing I need is to fall for him myself.

Clancy Deveril's life was not messy. She never allowed it to be. She simply moved on. It was what she did and it always worked. So why wasn't she doing that now?
Perhaps because this time it wasn't just about her. It involved her family, particularly her much younger sister. And, as Clancy saw it, she knew where to lay the blame. The entitled Hunter family. Specifically, Abigail Hunter. So with revenge in mind Clancy drew closer to Abigail Hunter's flame. But too late, she realised she could get badly burned.
Abby Hunter had her life in order. After her divorce she returned home and made a satisfying life with her young daughter. She had a high-profile job, was happily single, and hadn't had the time, or the inclination, to change that status. Quite frankly, romance had never been on her agenda.
So how could a chance meeting suddenly jolt her ordered, well-balanced life completely off its comfortable centre? She knew she had to get herself back onto firm ground. But was she sure that was what she wanted?
