This eBook is full of information about one of the best movies of 2013. You will find and REALLY LOVE abundant behind the scenes secrets. You can test your knowledge about this movie here.

-

HERE SOME EXAMPLES:

- There are over two hundred visual effects shots in the film, most of which were comprised of removing modern cars and buildings on-location that weren't around in 1978 to 1980.

- David O. Russell wrote the characters expressly with Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner, Jennifer Lawrence, Louis C.K., and Robert De Niro in mind to play them.

- It was Bradley Cooper's idea to give Richie DiMaso a perm hairstyle, as well as wearing hair curlers in the scene at Richie's apartment.

- The script was originally titled "American Bullshit" and came in eighth place on Hollywood's 2010 Black List, which ranks unproduced screenplays.

- David O. Russell was reportedly so harsh in his treatment of the actors and actresses that Amy Adams cried nearly every day on-set.

- The real Rembrandt (the fake one was in the museum that Irving was arguing with Richie over) is in Sydney/Ediths apartment living room. It's not front and center but if you look for it, it's there.

- This is the third movie to be nominated for Oscars in all four acting categories without winning in any of them. The other two are My Man Godfrey (1936) and Sunset Blvd. (1950).

'these basements that taught me to breathe;my body happening in the space between moonlight &the leather straps wrapped round an old dyke's wristgender split open like a crass piñata on the sticky floor'
Ciara Maguire's poems explore the bright fields and dark corners of love. They are heartbreaking, sexy and addictive.
'Impossible Heat is a work of claustrophobia, heat, and longing. Sexual ideation extends from the mind of the speaker to colour and consume everything. Long lines and rich cadences hold the reader in a vice, just as the speaker is offered no reprieve from her own intensity of feeling. Amidst the erotic, there is a profound hopelessness that doesn't stop the poems being witty and manic, as the speaker struggles with privacy and performance, with a
fear of perception but a desperate need to be perceived. The emotional incisiveness of this work is stark, its euphony sumptuous.' Susannah Dickey
'A nest-making of threads and mirrors, sapphic rorschachs revealing everything and nothing that might be told in the salt content of sweat and the tonguing indent of lyric. These generous poems drift through the gap someone left in your bedroom window. Here are dreams, tragedies of homosexuality, domestic horror shows, a cascade of utopian performatives, moonlight, a summer that may or may not ever end. What innocence is lost or won in love is felt in the sensory plenitude of our speaker's imagination. Maguire is a master of anaphora, list and simile. Impossible Heat surrenders to its own melting, poems yielding
magical hyperobjects which metabolise into tender adhesives, binding us irresistibly to this book. This is a work of devotion, connection, eclipse, desire and discovery. Its charm is quietly devastating.' Maria Sledmere

Blackmail is a crime rooted in power, fear, and manipulation. At its core, it relies on the psychological leverage one person holds over another, using threats of exposing damaging information to force compliance. Understanding the psychology of blackmail requires examining both the mindset of the blackmailer and the emotional turmoil experienced by the victim. Unlike outright theft or violence, blackmail is a more insidious form of coercion, exploiting secrets, shame, and social consequences to exert control.
The blackmailer operates from a position of perceived dominance. They recognize that their victim has something to lose—be it their reputation, career, relationships, or financial stability. The effectiveness of blackmail depends on the victim’s fear of exposure and their willingness to go to great lengths to avoid it. Many blackmailers justify their actions by believing they are simply taking advantage of an opportunity rather than committing an outright crime. They may rationalize their behavior as a means to an end, whether for financial gain, revenge, or power. Some blackmailers thrive on control, deriving psychological satisfaction from watching their victims squirm under pressure.
On the other side, the victim experiences a profound psychological burden. Fear and anxiety consume their thoughts as they weigh the consequences of giving in to the blackmailer’s demands versus resisting them. The secrecy surrounding blackmail can make victims feel trapped and isolated, preventing them from seeking help. Guilt and shame often play a role, especially if the information being used against them is tied to personal failings or socially unacceptable behavior. Even when victims know they are being manipulated, the sheer terror of exposure can push them into compliance, making blackmail an effective tool of coercion.

Intuitive eating means listening to the signals your body sends you. It's all a matter of self-love. The intuitive eating model was developed in 1995 by two California dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch.
All of us, at birth, ate following our intuition. Small children are the perfect example: they eat when they are hungry and stop when they are full. The amount of food they ingest changes virtually every day. Once they eat two whole courses, other times they stop after just a few bites.
As we grow up, we use intuition less when it comes to food. In childhood we were told that if we wanted dessert we had to finish what we had on our plate first. We have learned that there are good and other bad foods. The result of these lessons? As adults, when we eat "good" foods, we feel good about ourselves. But if we eat "bad" foods, we end up feeling guilty. The purpose of intuitive eating is to fundamentally change the way we think about food, and this can only be done through a new learning process.
Intuitive eating is not a diet; indeed, it is the opposite. You don't have to count calories or macronutrients, and there's no plan for your meals. All foods are allowed. If you eat while listening to your body, you will learn to be more aware of the signals you are receiving. Eat when you are hungry, stop when you reach satiety. You will then understand what you need. It can be a salad, but also a slice of chocolate cake. And that's fine.
