The collection of poems is a metamodernist take on the changing economic demographics of his San Antonio barrio, the confusion and desire to flourish within a hyphenated American identity, and the force of gravity that the push and pull of culture from both sides of a Mexican/American ethnicity has. In 2020, C.L published two previous works-A Saint for Lost Things (Alabrava Press) and As it is in Heaven (Kissing Dynamite Press), and received the San Antonio Individual Artists Project Grant in 2021.

  This is the story of Marco, a journalist who has lost his way after his wife was raped and then her suicide. Desperation and the desire for change take him to environments far from his world. He finds himself, almost unwittingly, frequenting the slums of his city and a low-class dive, The Bad Bear Tavern, where he meets a neglected humanity living on the edge of legality, made up largely of non-EU citizens. Among them, one person stands out: Igor, a cultured Hungarian who has experienced terrible events in the Middle East, where he fought as a contractor and as a volunteer alongside the Kurds against ISIS. Marco is fascinated by his personality, but he will discover something that will unsettle him and worsen his existential crisis.

Beyond their football pitch, local shops are closing, old flats are being demolished as new flats shoot up, some residents struggle to stay while others rush to leave.
  A coming-of-age story about what it means to belong somewhere, Tyrell Williams' fast-paced and sharp-edged play tells a powerful story about gentrification, regeneration and the impact of this relentless change on London's communities.
  Red Pitch received an ecstatic critical and audience response when it was first performed at the Bush Theatre, London, in February 2022, directed by Associate Artistic Director Daniel Bailey. The production was revived at the Bush in September 2023, and transferred to @sohoplace in London's West End in March 2024.
  For Red Pitch, Tyrell Williams won the Evening Standard Theatre Award and the Critics' Circle Theatre Award both for Most Promising Playwright, The Stage Debut Award for Best Writer, the George Devine Award, as well as the Off West End Award for Best New Play.
  An earlier version of the play was presented in June 2019, as part of the Untold Season at Ovalhouse, London.

  This omnibus anthology contains the commissioned work from the eighteen excellent queer poets (nine from India and nine for the UK) who have made up the three cohorts of the Language Is A Queer Thing development project from 2022 to 2024 along with a new poem from each of the six poets who then appeared in our celebratory 2025 project. The aim was to create new poetry on the queer experience and the investigate the queering of language to better express that experience.
  Moving, profound and eye-opening, this omnibus edition brings the poems of all three cohorts together and is the poetic product of our project, with many of the poems in print for the first time. We hope you enjoy reading them as much as we enjoyed helping to make them.

  What is it to feel nostalgia, to be skeptical of it yet cleave intently to the complex truths of feeling and thought? In a series of 64 gorgeous, ramifying, unsettling prose poems addressing late-twentieth- and twenty-first century experience and its discontents, The Ruins of Nostalgia offers a strikingly original exploration of the misunderstood phenomenon of nostalgia as both feeling-state and historical phenomenon. Each poem, also titled The Ruins of Nostalgia, is a kind of lyrical mini-essay, playful, passionate, analytic. Some poems take a location, memory, conceit, or object as their theme. Throughout the series, the poems recognize and celebrate the nostalgias they ironize, which are in turn celebrated and then ironized again.
