Sinopsis

A cult of dark mages. An ancient artifact of unimaginable power. A desperate race to claim it.

A century and a half after the Thrall Masters decimated the land of Thac, a remnant of their dread power has resurfaced—and the Serpent Cult will stop at nothing to seize it. 
  
To foil their plans, Glolindir and his companions must seek an ancient monolith hidden deep within the perilous Darkwoods. But first, they face a graver threat: branded as traitors, they must prove their innocence in deadly trial by combat—or be banished from Ravenford forever. 
  
From the battle-scarred fields of Ravenford Keep to the shadowed heart of the Darkwoods, the young heroes face lethal traps, mythical beasts, and cunning demons. Can they reach the monolith before the cult? And if they do, what forbidden magic will they unleash?
