When an ancient enemy is summoned to destroy his pride, a lion shifter must fight to protect the man he loves.

Kees van der Veer has never forgotten the mysterious stranger who seduced him on Millennium Eve and who promised that when the time was right, they would be together again. Returning to Amsterdam after fifteen years away, he is reunited with that stranger, entering into a world of love and danger he could never have imagined.

Arjan is a lion shifter, part of a pride who has lived in Amsterdam since its Golden Age. He has spent fifteen years regretting the need to drive his destined mate away after one night of blissful passion. But only once they meet again can he reveal to Kees the truth of his heritage. When an old enemy is summoned to destroy the pride, Arjan must act to protect not only his family but also the man he loves.

Starring Claudia Christian as the Thief. In writing Dracula, Bram Stoker created a universe full of rich characters, dark and foreboding locations, and a tangled web of loyalties, relationships and motivations. Despite the story being fictional -at least one hopes that’s the case - many elements within the story were reflections and analogies of the Stoker family and their history.A little over 120 years after the book’s original release, Bram’s great-grandnephew Dacre Stoker has teamed up with author Chris McAuley to create a series of short stories set within the StokerVerse, each narrated from the point of view of one of the characters we all know - or think we know - so well.In this episode, we learn that Dracula has infected the elite of British society and his influence threatens to spread across Europe. Yet a former thrall is determined to stop his curse - at any cost…If you’re a fan of vampires - particularly those of a more gothic nature - then these brand-new adventures will surely appeal to you. With Dacre Stoker’s major contribution, these stories are the most significant addition to the official Dracula canon since Francis Ford Coppola’s 1992 film Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

Abel, a young man of wealth, settles in a village in Guyana to chill away his life: playing guitar for old Cla-Cla, hunting badly with Kua-kó, telling stories to the youngsters. He eventually finds an enthralling forest where a strange bird-like singing can be heard, that originates from "Rima the Bird Girl".
