This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice. YOUNG BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE
    PORT OF BRISTOL 1690
Book 4 of 6 – The mutiny of the missing shortbread

Here is the summary description of this book:
When Anne Bonny's prized shortbread vanishes from The Salty Pickle, young Edward Teach (future Blackbeard) declares it an act of mutiny. The crew searches their Bristol docked ship for crumbs, suspecting rival pirates—until Israel spots seagulls feasting in nearby bushes. The audacious birds, led by a scream-mimicking alpha gull, had staged an elaborate heist: one distracted Anne with her own signature shriek while others carried off the treats. A chaotic harbor chase ensues, with Benjamin's slingshot recovering scraps of the stolen shortbread. Though outsmarted, Edward admires the gulls' piratical cunning and proposes an alliance—Anne will bake extra batches in exchange for avian lookouts. The tale blends humor with authentic 1690s Bristol harbor life, showing Edward's early leadership and flair for turning foes into assets—a skill that would later define history's most notorious pirate.
This is the fourth of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy this instalment, and it's only $3.
the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, accordion, fiddle, harmonica and bango in a classical sea shanty jig. The closing music ends the tale on a similar jig and at about 2 minutes with the same musical instruments but more upbeat looking forward to the next episode.
The story itself runs to about 16 minutes is is narrated in my own voice.

I do hope you enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!

With magical animals, science, mystery, and adventure, the Zoey and Sassafras series has something for everyone!
In Caterflies and Ice, an unexpected snow storm causes trouble for the magical creatures of the forest. When Zoey and Sassafras attempt to rescue trapped caterfly eggs, they make a mistake. Can they figure out a way to fix things before the baby caterflies hatch?
Each story in the Zoey and Sassafras series features a new magical animal with a problem that must be solved using science. There isn’t a set formula for each book; Zoey sometimes needs to run experiments, while other times she needs to investigate a mystery, and yet other times she needs to do research. Zoey models how to keep a science journal through her handwritten entries in each story. Each story is complete with a glossary of the kid-friendly definitions for scientific terms used. The series highlights child-led inquiry science, and the topics covered align with both Common Core and Next Generation Science standards.

Newbery Medal winner Erin Entrada Kelly’s alter ego—the effervescent Marisol Rainey—returns in this school story about overcoming stage fright and taking your turn that is just right for fans of Ramona, Clementine, and Ivy & Bean.
Under normal circumstances, Marisol loves language arts class. Mrs. Ruby is her favorite teacher and always makes her feel special...until the day Mrs. Ruby makes a horrible, terrible, downright dreadful announcement: All the kids have to write their own haiku. As if that's not bad enough, they have to read their haiku in front of the whole class! Marisol would rather swim through a pack of jellyfish than get up in front of the whole class to read anything, much less a haiku.
Maybe she can stay home sick. Maybe she can transfer schools. Maybe she can conjure a spell that makes her disappear.
Or maybe, just maybe, she'll figure out a way to take her turn.
Told in short chapters, this stand-alone addition to the Maybe Marisol series continues to uplift the small but mighty Marisol. Your Turn Marisol Rainey celebrates the joys of friendship, the triumph of overcoming fears, and the power of believing in yourself.
