The overturning of Roe V. Wade will have long-term and indelible consequences on American society. The purpose of this book is to be part of the on-going conversations. Perfect or not, Roe was working for America. Consequently, it did not need to be “fixed”. The ignorance of attempting to fix it when the ramifications were unknown, has resulted in chaos, confusion, inconvenience and trauma for women who need abortions.
