Summary

What is happening today is very surprising. Is it because people are only out to enrich themselves and to oppress others. It should also be a peaceful coexistence and not always just wars and other conflicts. Having been in IT for decades, I got around to writing my own books about 2 years ago and this has shown its success.
Available since: 08/22/2023.
Print length: 27 pages.

It's all been done. I can't start until it's perfect. What if the critics come? What if I start and then can't follow through? What if my voice doesn't matter? What if I don't actually matter? What if it's already too late?

Sound familiar? Do you find that year after year you stay stuck in the same tired, broken scripts fear uses on all of us?

It's time for a wake-up call. Because so often when faced with the choice between creating nothing and creating failure, we choose nothing. Another year goes by. The clock goes on ticking. And the world is worse for our absence. It's time to move from stuck to start.

This book does the heavy lifting to dismantle all the lies fear uses, move you out of an endless spiral of your own excuses (not to mention other people's opinions), and bring you right up to a threshold of no return--this place where we become people who feel the fear and move forward anyway. With equal parts powerful prose and tactical action steps, Underestimated will become the essential go-to field guide for anyone who is ready to once and for all quit playing small.

What Are You Teaching Your Kids About Money?
It’s never too early or late to start teaching your kids about money. Here’s why: If you don't teach them, someone else will and that "someone else" is often social media, advertisers and consumer culture that fuel a toxic cycle of comparison. The book teaches essential principles including:Creating value and impact that leads to earning incomeThe power of delayed gratification in building wealthWhy investing early builds financial freedom and generational wealthHow to apply The Five Faces of the Dollar framework
This isn't just about budgets—it's about shaping a child's understanding of value, responsibility and self-worth. When you teach your child about money, you don't just change their future—you change yours.
Your child is watching. Make sure they're learning the right lessons.

    Introvert Negotiators Can...

Leverage is often the primary factor that moves negotiated outcomes in favor of one party at the expense of the other party. Leverage in negotiations is the power that one party has to influence - or control - the other party to the negotiation. Leverage is, therefore, incredibly important in determining the outcome of the negotiation.
If you think of a negotiation as dividing up a pie, leverage is, in fact, so powerful that someone with very poor negotiating skills, but who holds a lot of leverage, can often obtain the biggest piece of the pie - or even most of the pie - despite having very poor negotiating skills. Should a negotiator have both excellent negotiating skills and substantial leverage, that negotiator will easily dominate the negotiation.
Which party has the stronger influence or control over the other party can shift throughout the negotiation. Leverage is also not consistent with respect to all issues of the negotiation. You could have a lot of leverage in one area of the negotiation, but very little leverage in other areas of the negotiation. You might also have a lot of leverage over some specific individual members of the other team, but hardly any leverage over other specific individual members of the other team. You must, therefore, strategically apply your leverage in the way that maximizes your control of the negotiation.
Throughout this book, we'll discuss many ways you can both increase your leverage and decrease the other party's leverage. There are many different sources of leverage that can be easily gained or lost through your actions or the actions of the other party.
You'll be able to start applying what you've learned immediately after you've finished reading this book by using the example procedures, responses, strategies, behaviors, and action steps. It works; and it will work for you. Read this book, apply the information, and see for yourself.
