Sinopsis

A court jester, mocked and abused by a tyrant king and his councilors, plots a retribution as fiery as it is clever. Under the guise of a masquerade, the oppressed entertainer orchestrates a "last jest" that turns the tables on his tormentors. Poe delivers a visceral tale of justice served cold and brutal. The story builds tension masterfully until its explosive and satisfyingly gruesome climax.

    Description:
The Secret of the Tomb is a dark tale of obsession, ancestral legacy, and creeping supernatural dread.
The story follows a young man who becomes fixated on the history of his family estate and the mysterious tomb that lies upon the grounds. As he delves deeper into the past, he uncovers disturbing revelations tied to his lineage — secrets long buried but not entirely dormant. What begins as curiosity slowly transforms into psychological unease, as strange impulses and uncanny experiences blur the line between inherited madness and something far more sinister.
With mounting tension and a suffocating atmosphere, Robert Bloch crafts a narrative steeped in Gothic horror and cosmic suggestion. Beneath the surface lies a meditation on identity, destiny, and the inescapable pull of blood and heritage.
Narrated by Amazon bestselling horror author Jonathan Dunne, this performance captures the mounting dread and claustrophobic intensity of Bloch’s early weird fiction.
