Sinopsis

Although she excelled in school and believes she is doing a good job at work, Bianca is struggling to rise through the ranks. Now in her third year at the Lincoln Beverage Company, she faces an ultimatum from her manager - get promoted soon or leave! What is the problem? What does her employer want from her? 
This fictional tale describes a common situation in many workplaces. Seemingly promising new recruits find themselves unable to automatically deliver expected results on the job. What employers may view as common sense may be more uncommon among new recruits than we might think. What must Bianca do to keep her job? Is there any way she can impress her employer?
