Summary

U.S. Deputy Marshal Linda Rankin, having visited Nasquam, finds the notion of membership attractive but as a government employee the initiation fee beyond her means. She also concludes that retribution for the many fugitives of justice she pursues is better meted in the secretive tropical enclave where sadists rule and masochists serve... obviating the time and cost of trial and incarceration. She has learned that arranging such retribution can be lucrative, the members of Nusquam paying seven figure commissions when the illicit gains of thieves, con artists, embezzlers and criminal perverts are forfeited into the Nusquam coffers. Thus, there comes a solution to both her quest for membership and the desire to bring a different form of justice to those who have transgressed.  In conspiring with her boss, a list is assembled of fugitive men and women never to be missed once rendered into servitude. Such are to become Nusquam subjugants. Read of the clever plots and intrigue utilized to rid the world of those deserving of vengeance and undeserving of wealth.

As soon as she spots him, she can’t keep her eyes off him…
When Paige Reed spots a man across the room at a party, she’s fascinated and decides she wants him in her bed. Fortunately, her husband, Connor, doesn’t mind. He’s attracted to the powerful man too.
Always bi-curious, the right opportunity has never presented itself to Connor Morgan. Until now. He doesn’t mind bringing another man into their marriage as long as it doesn’t drive a wedge between him and Paige.
Former NFL player, Graedon Ward likes to be in control. He’s more than pleased with Paige's obvious interest. However, she makes it quite clear: it's a package deal. If he wants her, he has to take on her husband too, and past experience has taught him that’s a dangerous road to travel.
The chemistry between the three is explosive, but it’s Grae’s desire to share the same level of intimacy he sees between Paige and Conner that puts real pressure on the threesome. And it may cause it all to crash and burn.
Note: This book in the series can be read as standalone. It includes an HEA ending. It is intended for audiences over 18 years of age since it includes light BDSM as well as adult situations between all three characters.

An American couple add a kinky spark to their sex life in this sizzling novel by the author of Butcher—“one of our greatest authors of erotic literature” (L’independent, Paris).   Alina Reyes is one of France’s most popular erotic novelists, renowned for fashioning sumptuous prose out of the carnivalesque or the outright strange. Satisfaction, her new novel, is an equally fearless and playful take on contemporary sexual mores and the normalization of “kink.”   A typical suburban American couple, Babe and Bobby are dismayed that, after several years of marriage, their sex life no longer thrills them. But when Babe spies on her husband in the garage, pleasuring another woman on the hood of his vintage Cadillac, she finds herself highly aroused. She tries to catch the ‘mistress’ leaving, to no avail. Instead, in the trunk of the car, Babe finds a life-size doll whose resemblance to a real woman is astonishing, and, taking Bobby’s sex toy for her own, Babe finds all of her repressed desires coming vigorously back to life.   With energetic, visual, and powerful prose, this brazenly original work confirms Alina Reyes as one of the most potent erotic novelists of our time.

The definitive compilation of texts from “a great, horrifying, but also vastly illuminating figure . . . one of the most radical minds in Western history” (Newsweek).   The Marquis de Sade, vilified by respectable society from his own time through ours, apotheosized by Apollinaire as “the freest spirit that has yet existed,” wrote The 120 Days of Sodom while imprisoned in the Bastille. An exhaustive catalogue of sexual aberrations and the first systematic exploration—a hundred years before Krafft-Ebing and Freud—of the psychology of sex, it is considered Sade’s crowning achievement and the cornerstone of his thought. Lost after the storming of the Bastille in 1789, it was later retrieved but remained unpublished until 1904.   In addition to The 120 Days, this volume includes Sade’s “Reflections on the Novel,” his play Oxtiern, and his novella Ernestine. The selections are introduced by Simone de Beauvoir’s landmark essay “Must We Burn Sade?” and Pierre Klossowski’s provocative “Nature as Destructive Principle.”   “Imperious, choleric, irascible, extreme in everything, with a dissolute imagination the like of which has never been seen, atheistic to the point of fanaticism, there you have me in a nutshell, and kill me again or take me as I am, for I shall not change.” —Marquis de Sade’s last will and testament
