Sinopse

While driving home one seemingly normal afternoon, friends Derrick and Peterson discover something mysterious. Derrick is a botanist and chemist, while Peterson is a plastic surgeon, so they might be the perfect pair to come upon a tree with a mysterious sap that vibrates and glows. Curious, they fill a pail to test later.Peterson soon notices that he splashed some of the sap on his arm, and his arm has now changed. The affected skin not only looks better but also feels better. Perhaps there is something supernatural about this sap? Before there is time to consider, an earthquake occurs that may or may not be related to the men’s breakthrough.Enthusiastic about what they found, Derrick and Peterson agree on a worthwhile goal. It is possible they could create a wonderful, healing destination for mankind, but only following a rollercoaster ride of twists and turns. Author Diana Stewart-Walker was inspired to write Secret Explosed after speaking with friends who expressed an earnest desire to look young again. Now, that very adventure begins … but at what cost?

Just our luck!Gus Lafee finished wiping his hands and sullenly threw the towel upon the rocks. His attitude was one of deep dejection. The light seemed gone out of the day and the glory from the golden sun. Even the keen mountain air was devoid of relish, and the early morning no longer yielded its customary zest."Just our luck!" Gus repeated, this time avowedly for the edification of another young fellow who was busily engaged in sousing his head in the water of the lake."What are you grumbling about, anyway?" Hazard Van Dorn lifted a soap-rimmed face questioningly. His eyes were shut."What's our luck?" "Look there!" Gus threw a moody glance skyward. "Some duffer's got ahead of us. We've been scooped, that's all.

The old man is dying... is not expected to live more than a few days... and desperately needs somewhere to stay. But the old man does not die. For weeks... months... he hangs on, terrorizing the household. And in the desk, there are little packets of two drugs, which if combined, create an untraceable poison so potent that it will kill within the hour. Can the temptation to murder be resisted? And for how long?
