Gulliver's Ghost - Revenge is the sequel to the popular ghostly mystery Gulliver's Ghost. Cut-Throat Gulliver was a real pirate plundering ships and settlements in and along Nova Scotia's Bay of Fundy in the late 1600 and early 1700s. The novel, except for Gulliver, is fictional but the action, mystery, suspense and thrills are real. Matt Lasalle and his sidekick, Constable Bobby Brennan are members of the famed Royal Canadian Mounted Police. In Gulliver's Ghost, the two cops investigated the deaths of two American fortune hunters seeking Gulliver's treasure. They end up in a cave in Gulliver's Cove facing a pirate's ghost and his killer wife. Gulliver's Cove - Revenge takes up the tale as another treasure hunter tempts fate to hunt for pirate gold at Gulliver's Cove. Gulliver's wife and daughter are desperate to protect their eternal family from Gulliver's revenge over the loss of his plunder. Matt Lasalle and Bobby Brennan are again faced with investigating suspects they can't reveal to anyone. It's a case that takes the cops - and the supernatural beings - from a cavern in Nova Scotia to a castle in Toronto.. Gulliver's Ghost and Gulliver's Ghost - Revenge are thrilling reads for those who savour stories of pirates, ghosts, crime and cops all presented in two exciting audiobooks.

Deadknobs and Doomsticks is a collection of 13 short horror stories by I'm a Celebrity Get Me out of Here's "King of the Jungle" and one of the UK's favourite comedians, Joe Pasquale. Ranging from the darkly bizarre to the horrifically surreal, many of the stories are laced with a theme of bullying and bullies.

Dark undertones and malevolent overtones interweave with characters and situations that pull the listener to the edge of their seat. Wit and black humor is prevalent through the stories, each with a delicious payoff for the reader.

Joe Pasquale shows that where there is laughter there is also a dark and disturbing voice that is drawn to the horror genre to find its release.

Joe shows he has as unique a voice in the world of horror writing as in comedy.

Kaia has had it with her mother. Talk about touchy. Offend the sea witch and pay the price. Oy. Granted, Kaia’s last boyfriend had been an idiot, but nearly sacrificing him to a dark god had been totally unnecessary. And those deals her mother keeps making with demons to obtain more power? Not a healthy way to achieve balance. To stop her mother from sacrificing some other poor schlub, she sneaks into her mother’s lair and finds more intended sacrifices. But one of them has fangs. Needing to get to safety before her mother returns and loses her mind, Kaia, a sea nymph, swims away with the guy and soon learns he’s under a spell. In order to cure him, she overrides her mother’s magic with her own, weak though it may be. But now this male—a freakin’ vryko, a vampire who can swim like the merfolk—thinks he loves her. Curing Orion of the enchantment should have ended their association, but he’s still obsessed with her. And for some reason, she’s intrigued by him as well. But the dark one to whom her mother promised a soul doesn’t care where it comes from. And since her mother has reneged on Orion, the dark one decides Kaia will do nicely in his place.
