Sinopsis

Sometimes the past rises up to bite you in the butt, and you never see it coming!
Adam and the gang are rehabbing an old church when they come across a tunnel they believe might have been part of the historic underground railroad. The two corpses they find lying in the tunnel transform the event from one of historical significance to recent tragedy. The investigation for how the two recently murdered people got into that tunnel leads Adam and the gang through a hair-raising series of events that will affect them for a long time, in ways they could never have imagined. Will Adam’s nosiness finally cause irreparable harm to one of the gang? Or will they rise above the tragedies they uncover, and come together in love and forgiveness, becoming all the stronger for it?

A forty-something single dad, a twenty-something hockey star, and a whole lot of baggage. No, this couldn’t possibly blow up in their faces.
Officer Geoff Logan has his plate full. His cop’s salary and Marine retirement aren’t enough to make ends meet. He’s got war wounds and demons that are in it for the long haul. His teenagers are, well, teenagers, plus they’re pissed that he left the boyfriend they loved. Can’t a guy catch a break?
Seattle Snowhawks center Asher Crowe has it all. A seven figure salary. A literal house on a hill. A stable, loving relationship with an amazing boyfriend. At least, that’s what the world sees. Behind closed doors, he’s been living in a private hell, and when he finally works up the courage to end things, his boyfriend refuses to go quietly.
One call to the cops, and suddenly Geoff and Asher’s paths cross. But is the connection between them simple chemistry? Kindred spirits? Or just a pair of lonely hearts looking for a hot distraction?
And even if it’s more than physical, is there really a future for two men from such vastly different worlds? Especially when the past comes knocking?

    When Three Points Collide.
The Gods Made Me Do It #9 - can be read as standalone
An ancient god, a demon, and a wolf shifter walk into a bar. No, it's not the start of a joke, but Ra, The Father of Everything in the ancient Egyptian pantheon, thinks the Fates might be playing a joke on him when he drops in to try and help Cass and Wesley with their latest case. Seeing his mate for the first time, fighting for his life against three assassins should've been a cause for celebration, but Ra already knew the brave wolf shifter was destined for someone else.
Arvyn, alpha wolf shifter, didn't know what to think. One minute he was fighting off three attackers, the next, those attackers were frozen like statues and he was confronted with another wolf shifter and a demon. But he already knew, he'd heard his mate was locked up in a basement in the nearby vampire coven and he wasn't going to let anyone stop him from meeting and saving the one intended for him.
In the meantime, Kirill, Prince of the Dublin Coven was furious. Being chained to a wall in his own basement was the height of insult and as soon as he got his hands on the vampire responsible, that man's head was going to be permanently parted from his body. What he didn't expect, when he was busy trying to get out of his cell, was a feeling of calm that suddenly came over him, or the single drop of blood hovering in front of his face.
Three completely different men, all thrown together in one point in time. Can they build a future together the way the Fates intended, or will their differences split them apart?
This is an M/M/M menage MPREG Fated Mates story, although the mpreg is not the main focus of this story. As with all of my stories, this book contains insta-lust, a journey towards love, no cheating and a guaranteed HEA.

In the Dream House - A Memoir

In the Dream House is Carmen Maria Machado's engrossing and wildly innovative account of a relationship gone bad, and a bold dissection of the mechanisms and cultural representations of psychological abuse. Tracing the full arc of a harrowing relationship with a charismatic but volatile woman, Machado struggles to make sense of how what happened to her shaped the person she was becoming. And it's that struggle that gives the book its original structure: each chapter is driven by its own narrative trope—the haunted house, erotica, the bildungsroman—through which Machado holds the events up to the light and examines them from different angles. She looks back at her religious adolescence, unpacks the stereotype of lesbian relationships as safe and utopian, and widens the view with essayistic explorations of the history and reality of abuse in queer relationships.Machado's dire narrative is leavened with her characteristic wit, playfulness, and openness to inquiry. She casts a critical eye over legal proceedings, fairy tales, Star Trek, and Disney villains, as well as iconic works of film and fiction. The result is a wrenching, riveting book that explodes our ideas about what a memoir can do and be.

In [SQUELCH PROCEDURES], MLA Chernoff contemplates the ways that trauma, poverty, and strict gender norms rupture the concept of childhood. The tension of multiple meanings in the word “squelch” acts as a guide to Chernoff’s unique voice, which uses language to swaddle intrusive thoughts and mimic defense mechanisms such as avoidance, depersonalization, and derealization. [SQUELCH PROCEDURES] is an ambitious attempt to show how healing and regression are often indistinguishable, while the past is always predisposed to happen more than once: first as tragedy, then as farce.

When photo-journalist Kelly Sheffield is offered the chance to travel to Greenland for coverage of American science teams, she grabs it. Not only is it a dream assignment, it also means she'll have a chance to reconnect with the compelling Jordan Westgate, the glaciologist studying the melting ice cap.Jordan hasn't forgotten Kelly, nor has she forgotten that she'd found it hard, all those years ago, to firmly reject the inappropriate overtures from a student. This Kelly—self-assured, successful, and even more attractive—is a threat to Jordan's equilibrium, something she simply can't allow.Kelly finds the frozen landscape a match for Jordan's chilly attitude. But Greenland is a surprising land of beauty and danger where even the iciest heart can melt.
