It gives you a guide on what documents are needed, if you are looking for an apartment on your own or with a broker,questions you should ask yourself before you start the search, how to read a standard lease and stories of my experience while showing apartments to clients.  The book will also give you websites to check on your own for apartments as well as a list of a few neighborhoods with rental prices for studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms.
