Summary

There is a yearning within each of us to obtain higher levels of consciousness and a realization of the divine.  And yet, sometimes our yearnings take us in the wrong direction, where longings may become cravings.  Connie Zweig, a Jungian-oriented therapist, believes that no matter how strong the cravings are, the holy yearning will not let us linger long on the wrong path.
