Summary

It’s not easy being Deegie in the series debut that’s “a truly remarkable piece of horror fiction . . . a refreshing new look at magic and witchery” (Horror Novel Reviews).

Deegie is an independent young witch with a lot going on—maybe too much. She has a funky little shop full of magical items, and a tendency to cast crazy spells whenever the mood strikes her. But when her boyfriend and her traitorous next-door neighbor get together, she takes swift revenge and goes off to live in the back of her overcrowded bus, and not for the first time.

So when the strange old house on the other side of town goes on sale, she’s the first one to snatch it up. Complete with ghosts in the walls, a murderous history, and a basement filled with impossible things, like a jar of human fingers . . . and its very own demon.

Deegie’s going to need all her magical skills and inspired spell-casting—and some help from her slightly mad friends—to satisfy the ghosts and send the demon back where it belongs.

Don’t miss the next two books in the series: The Witch War of Fiddlehead Creek and Seven Deadly Ghosts!
Available since: 05/25/2015.

My last case roped me into a potential war between Heaven and Hell, and though I managed to stop the crisis, the big threat's still out there. An angel is trying to kickstart armageddon, but there's only one person who knows that angel's identity. And he's stuck in the one place no one can touch him—Purgatory.
There's only one way I can learn the truth, and that's by facing the dangers of Purgatory. Fortunately, I'm not alone. Unfortunately, my traveling party includes a demon trying to corrupt me and an immortal killer I had to con.

The Maze divides up the land, isolating communities and loved ones, and hated ones. On the Outside, the League of Monasteries rules supreme. On the Inside, the Kingdom rules in ignorance of its own isolation, free of all Gods. At its centre, the Village struggles to survive. This is a story of confusion, conflict, deception and double-crossing between members of a dysfunctional Royal Family. It is also the story of a despotic Chief Monk, and the story of an orphaned village girl wishing for a better life. By the end the emotional complexity, hurt and betrayals overwhelms all.
