Summary
When cousins Mikay and Shanara are trapped in their home during a ferocious typhoon, Shanara asks Mikay to tell her a story to see them through the storm. Soon the two are immersed in the tale of TJ and Diana who go out sailing one day. But their perfect day out on the water soon turns nasty when a storm sweeps in and pushes them off course. Once the storm has abated, TJ and Diana find themselves marooned on an island. With their boat wrecked by the waves and with no sign of another living soul they set out to explore and it isn’t long before they stumble on something they never expected. But what is a stash of gold coins doing hidden in a cave? Who does it belong to and what is lurking in the mysterious house in the trees?
