Sinopsis

FROM AWARD-WINNING AUTHOR C.C. JIRȮN!

***** "I loved this read ... drama flavored with suspense, mystery, and plot twists in a contemporary romantic tale of erotic escapades and toxic infatuation ... This page-turner would make a great Hollywood romance movie ... Jiron explores themes of identity, self-acceptance, deception, manipulation, grief, family, friendship, love, and more ... The plot unfolds at a brisk pace with lively conversations entwined with sarcasm and banter and witty, introspective commentary ... an exciting, dynamic cast ... cinematic descriptions vividly captured the Southwestern backdrop ... Dramatic flair highlights the humor in the story. " - Keith Mbuya for Readers’ Favorite.

*****"Must read ...
Troubled marriage, ill-fated romance, a woman’s quest for revenge, and murder to unravel ... And there are scenes impossible to forget, mostly because of the clever dialogue and characters.... the ending, brilliant and satisfying ... For readers, this book blends romance, murder, and investigation. If you’re into that, then I assure you a special treat. - Emily Omondi, Reedsy Discovery.

Sneak Peek: Consumed by grief and suspicion, Lena barrels down a dark, desolate highway on a Fourth of July weekend, fixated on avenging her twin sister’s death.
