Sinopsis

Four Spanish treasure dhips, their holds glutted with Aztec gold, silver and jewels, set sail for Spain. Three are lost at sea under mysterious circumstances. The fourth, badly damaged, limps to Cuba where it is scuttled and burned. Such a curse awaits any would be pluderers of Aztec treasure. Undeterred, Captain Navarro comes ashore six months later, determined to loot the temple of the God of Night. Only a native princess and a Catholic priest can stop him. If they fail, a demon deadlier than any creature known to man will be unleashed. It will kill everyone who has stolen the cursed gold. And it will not be satisfied until it has feasted on their very souls! 
This epic tale combines Robert E. Howard's sword and sorcery with the atmospheric, visceral style of H.P. Lovecraft.
