Dax Biggins releases a demon, Abigor–the demon of war from a dybbuk box to increase his TikTok views. When Abigor returns to Hell, he discovers it's changed dramatically, and there's now a Committee of Warfare! Not known for being a team-player, Satan decides to give Abigor an impossible task...stop the Inauguration of Tony Drump, a man so evil that his power will cause over population of Hell resulting in some of it's nastier citizens to escape... And if that happens, then God will end everything, everywhere. 
Can the Demon of War persuade Tony Drump to sacrifice his presidency in order to prevent the annihilation of life? Probably not...it's Drump, after all.
