Emphasizing minimal hierarchy and bureaucratic procedures, employees are encouraged to take action and challenge ideas constructively. Every employee publicly lists personal objectives and key results to clarify goals and priorities.  
  Failure is viewed as a learning opportunity, promoting a proactive approach. 
  This management style leads to spontaneous and successful results.  
  For instance, when irrelevant ads surfaced on a Google search, Page addressed the issue promptly without calling a meeting. This approach allowed a group of engineers to devise a solution over the weekend, demonstrating the company's agility and responsiveness.
