This book tells of a young woman who was found to have killed as a child. She was detained in various mental institutes, and then on to prison. It shows how she learned to control herself and whether or not prison reformed her.Excerpt from the book:“Why Mr Policeman, how nice of you to visit me, why do people like you interfere so much,” she said as her voice went into child-like chatter, and her face twisted with anger. Stephanie's new job as book editor is at the hot new publishing house in house. Run by Shady Hills' very own jet-setter, Faith Carson, and her dashing businessman husband, Gavin Hart, it specializes in celebrity bios.

No sooner does Stephanie unpack her file folders at the publisher than it's obvious something fishy is going on. No one seems to be doing their job and they spend most of their time slamming doors. When Stephanie's body is found in a Dumpster with a knife in her back, Jane goes undercover at the publisher to find the killer who doesn't care much for the finer points of punctuation.

Jane tries hard to keep her mouth shut so she can fit in among the beautiful blue bloods and literary snobs on staff. YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES & JOHN WATSON
The case of the missing baby.
This completely new story I have written involves the 10 year old boys who will be the great detective Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, his assistant, when they grow up, this is their formative years where they perfect their skills before adulthood on what my appear to be inconsequential subjects, but the principle remains the same.
This is just one of an extensive series I will be publishing as audio books in the very near future and I do hope you enjoy this first one, and its only $1.25 cents, all subsequent will remain at that price as I would not like price to be a barrier to your enjoyment.
I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, a violin Holme's musical instrument of choice and is energetic and the closing music ends the tale on a more restrained mode and only about 1 minute.
The story itself runs to about 7 minutes 30 seconds and is of course a short story, it is read in my own voice.
The story involves the the disappearance of a baby, Albert just 2 months old, from his pram that Nanny Beatrice was responsible for. Albert was the son of the British Ambassador, Sir Eustace Carmichael, who lived in a magnificent Townhouse in Westminster. The baby was found hidden in a wardrobe upstairs to try and distract Sir Eustace.
Needless to say Holmes solves the mystery, discovers baby Albert and is praised by Sir Eustace as being incredibly astute for his age.
The stories are designed to be entertaining to children of age around 6 to 10 years old due to the characters involved.
I do hope you and you children, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!

In this gripping debut thriller, struggling divorcée Jeanette King becomes embroiled in a criminal ring when she discovers her ex-husband's cache of baby eels.

Caterpillar Island is off the central coast of Maine―beloved vacationland of lobster bakes and quaint fried clam shacks, kayaking and country houses. At night, though, by the light of a headlamp, the island is alive with cash, guns, and poachers. Oxy addicts, struggling retirees, and unemployable deadbeats dip their nets in the creeks to catch elvers―two-inch-long baby eels that fetch $2000 a pound on the international black market.Into this dark and dangerous world falls Jeanette King, who has, up to this moment, been earning her meager living mainly by picking and packaging peekytoe crab meat for shipment to New York and Boston. As Jeanette gets drawn into a fast-moving story of risk and violent consequences, she enlists the aid of a local policeman and an Indigenous activist. Together they try to set things right for the people and the planet. But the deeper they dig, the more dangerous things get. An ensuing procession of colorful locals, corrupt state politicians, and treacherous outsiders weaves a tale that reveals the underbelly of a deadly business.
