Sinopsis

A beautiful and touching coming-of-age love story with a touch of fantasy. Johnny, a 14-year-old boy from Brooklyn, and Brook, a 14-year-old Native American girl From South Dakota, meet at a summer job working at a cowboy show in the suburbs of New York City—first meeting as antagonists, then like childhood friends. Coming from different cultures and lifestyles, they learn a lot from each other. Johnny, a good kid but lazy with no ambition, and Brook, dealing with a tragedy, comfort each other and create their world. As their bond grows stronger, they begin a beautiful, innocent love of a lifetime. As their magical summer comes to an end, how can they return to the real world?
