"I'm going to carry out a long speculum examination on you," he begins, taking a tone like he's pretending to be a doctor and she's an actual patient. "The speculum I will be using today has is metal, so it will feel a little cold and uncomfortable. You can ask me to stop at any point-" here, he pauses and diverts from his script. "But well, I suppose I'm not going to unless you use your safe word, which is..." "Red, Sir," she whispers, already finding it hard to breathe because this is really intense. He's really intense. He had introduced himself earlier as Dom, but she understands that's what most men introduce themselves as. It's short for Dominant, but she will refer to him as Sir with a capital 's'. "You're not allowed to come without permission. Do you understand everything I've said?" "Yes, Sir," she murmurs, her body trembling already. "Are you happy for me to carry out the examination?"
