Sinopse

“This book aims to teach conflict management through the art of dialogue. By understanding the power of words, each individual can make or break the outcome of the conversation and eventually of the interaction. Healthy language and healthy behaviors can be seen as “superpowers” in this day and age where conflict and aggression are everywhere and between everyone, and it seems this madness is increasing daily. With the increase of conflict between anyone and everywhere, the mental-physical well-being of any single individual, especially the new generation, is affected in a negative way. […]”
