Because Ronnie didn’t know.” Missy blinked, taken aback by this sudden change. “Didn’t know what?” Polly stepped close. Too close. Missy made to draw away, but a hand on her hip stopped her. “Didn’t know,” Polly whispered, “that I was jealous. Didn’t know that I think you’re one of the sexiest women I’ve ever seen in my life.”
