Synopsis

Johnny Lee Capstone never thinks about settling down. As the owner and proprietor of Capstone's Dude Ranch, he tends to lust after the men who book vacations at his resort in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Sexy, insatiable, he focuses his attention on one man to feed his urgent needs.
But something is about to change as he approaches his 40th birthday, which coincidentally falls on Christmas Day. From December 1st until the 25th, Johnny Lee decides to take a sabbatical from hid desires, if he can. It's a chance for him to reexamine his life as a new year nears.
Someone else has something else in mind, a challenge Johnny Lee finds confounding ... and intriguing. It's the first day of the holiday season when that initial package arrives, with the simple phrase stating, "Just the Advent." A beginning.
Each day another missive arrives. Who is sending them, and why? Is it the fact he's hitting a new decade giving him a reason to rethink the way he lives his life? Is the sexuality he thrives on about to alter him? Maybe, he'll find a future.

Thomas Malone is the new Captain of the Guard at Lilleforth Castle. He loves his job, but it leaves him no time for himself. It's been way too long since he's had anyone share his bed, let alone his life. To say he's frustrated is an understatement.

To make matters worse, the King's disreputable cousin Evan Devere, the Duke of Ravenport, is back from his travels. Evan is as scatterbrained as he is attractive, which is a shame—if Evan had even half a brain, he'd be exactly Thomas's type. As it is, Thomas has resigned himself to spending his days keeping Evan out of trouble.

But when a threat emerges against the crown, Thomas and Evan have to work together to find who's behind the plot, and Thomas discovers there's more to Evan than meets the eye. So when Evan suggests that they act on their mutual attraction, Thomas throws caution to the wind and agrees. After all, it is just a fling, right? There's no way Thomas is actually going to fall for the sexy, infuriating cousin of the king.

    No way at all.

Fraser Gorman finds comfort in unrequited love. It’s predictable, safely distant, and forever unobtainable. Zero risk, all the feels. That’s how he’s lived for years. But then the object of his affection plucks at those feelings, pulling at threads that threaten to unravel everything, and Fray has nowhere left to turn but straight into the truth.
Tobin Tiller is broken. Has been for as long as he can remember. He keeps himself distant, building his carefully constructed walls against the rejection he knows is coming. But when he recognises the signs of the bond and who his mate is, he tries to resist. After all, rejecting the bond before Fray can reject him is what he does best.
But the threat of Lusca makes it all inevitable because that’s how fate plays the game. And the men of Tenebrae Cove are about to learn that fate will always win, regardless of their best intentions, and regardless of the rules. Changes are coming, revelations will be made, and the truth is something else entirely.
Fray and Tobin are in too deep for this to play out any other way.

Drawn together by shared pain, a marigold wallet, and a connection that feels almost magical, the two find comfort in each other's honesty. But can George risk his heart on a human who carries scars of his own? And can Cameron open up enough to believe he deserves someone standing by his side?

War draws ever closer, and no one can be trusted. Taegan and Zorvut have each other, but will that be enough?
The orc warlord Hrul Bonebreaker has violated the peace treaty that first brought the elven prince Taegan and his half-orc husband Zorvut together, and orc armies march upon the elves once more. Zorvut must learn to harness his latent magical ability, but Aefraya isn’t safe anymore. So with the elven king’s blessing, they flee Aefraya in the night and travel toward human lands, following a rumor hoping to find the man who is Zorvut’s true father: Tomlin Whitmore, a retired bard.
Will the human be able to help train Zorvut at all? Would he even want to? Taegan has his own doubts about Zorvut’s optimistic plan, but the thought of being apart is unbearable. They make the journey through untamed wilderness and rural villages to the beachside town where the bard was last spotted.
Although they’re further from the war front, danger proves difficult to outrun, and discerning friend from foe is far less simple while surrounded by unfamiliar people in unfamiliar lands. After all, wars aren’t ended so easily, and betrayal can lurk unseen until it’s too late.
Blood of the Orc Prince is book two of the Orc Prince Trilogy. Book one, Claimed by the Orc Prince, introduces the story of Taegan and Zorvut, and is meant to be read prior to Blood of the Orc Prince.
This steamy MM fantasy romance contains light omegaverse and A/B/O elements, featuring some delicious size differences. Mpreg is discussed as an in-world possibility, but does not occur on the page. This 18+ novel contains explicit scenes.
⚠Content warnings: mild gore/violence, discussions of parental death, hunting, kidnapping.

As a Hungarian immigrant working as a studio hack writing monster movies in 1950s Hollywood, George Curtis must navigate the McCarthy-era studio system filled with possible communists and spies, the life of closeted men along Sunset Boulevard, and the inability of the era to cleave love from persecution and guilt. But when Madeline, a famous actress, offers George a writing residency at her estate in Malibu to work on the political writing he cares most deeply about, his world is blown open. Soon Madeline is carrying George like an ornament into a class of postwar LA society ordinarily hidden from men like him.

What this lifestyle hides behind, aside from the monsters on the screen, are the monsters dwelling closer to home: this bacchanalia covers a gnawing hole shelled wide by the horror of the war they thought they'd left behind and the glimpse of an atomic future. It's here that George understands he can never escape his past as György, the queer Jew who fled Budapest before the war and landed in New York a decade prior.

Spanning from Los Angeles to the hidden corners of working-class New York to a virtuosic climax in the Las Vegas desert, The Future Was Color is an immaculately written exploration of postwar American decadence, reinventing the self through art, and the psychosis that lingers in a world that's seen the bomb.
