M.T. Rosalie Akouele Abbey
Marie-Therese Rosalie Akouele Abbey was born in 1954 in Ziguinchor (Senegal). She holds a Maitrise en Droit from the University of Dakar (Senegal) and a Diplome d'Etudes Superieures Specialiasees en Droit Notarial from the University of Rouen (France). As a child, she has followed and at times, participated in the rites and traditions of her Guins/Minas community of Aneho (Togo). She currently lives and works in the USA.
