Luciano Bivar
Luciano Caldas Bivar was born in Recife, Brazil. He received his Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Pernambuco and the Brazilian Faculty of Legal Sciences of Rio de Janeiro. He went on to a Post-Graduate degree from the Institute of Financial Education at Northwestern University in the United States.
