Born in Washington, now residing in Rhode Island. Keera L. Albergaria is a wife and a mother. Her passion to help others began when she dedicated time to mission trips and started her career as a personal trainer. It was during her postpartum with her youngest son, that she was diagnosed with postpartum depression. She sought out a way to help other mothers who suffer as well. She became a certified life coach and created a way to help others gain strength both mentally as well as physically....
