  Roman religion was deeply intertwined with the culture, politics, and daily life of its people. Unlike many other ancient religions, it was not based on a single sacred text or central doctrine but was instead a complex system of beliefs, rituals, and traditions that evolved over time. The foundations of Roman religion can be traced back to early influences, the societal role of religious practices, and the establishment of a structured priesthood. 
  The origins of Roman religion were shaped by various influences, including the Etruscans and Greeks. The Etruscans, who inhabited central Italy before the rise of Rome, contributed many religious customs, such as the practice of interpreting omens and the organization of priestly colleges. Greek influence introduced a pantheon of gods with human-like qualities, which Romans later adopted and adapted to fit their own cultural identity. This blending of traditions resulted in a unique religious system that emphasized duty, order, and reciprocity between humans and the divine. 
  Religion played a crucial role in Roman society, guiding both private and public life. Every household maintained a sacred space for worshiping domestic deities, such as the Lares and Penates, who were believed to protect the home and family. On a larger scale, the state religion was intertwined with governance, and public rituals were performed to secure divine favor for Rome’s prosperity. The performance of religious ceremonies was not merely a matter of personal faith but was considered essential for the stability of the state. Romans believed that their success as a civilization depended on maintaining good relations with the gods through proper observance of rituals and sacrifices.

In Good Boys, Bad Hombres, Michael V. Singh focuses on this aspect of youth control in schools, asking on whose terms a positive Latino manhood gets to be envisioned. 
   
   
   
  Based on two years of ethnographic research in an urban school district in California, Good Boys, Bad Hombres examines Latino Male Success, a school-based mentorship program for Latino boys. Instead of attempting to shape these boys' lives through the threat of punishment, the program aims to provide an "invitation to a respectable and productive masculinity" framed as being rooted in traditional Latinx signifiers of manhood. Singh argues, however, that the promotion of this aspirational form of Latino masculinity is rooted in neoliberal multiculturalism, heteropatriarchy, and anti-Blackness. 
   
   
   
  Documenting the ways Latino men and boys resist the politics of neoliberal empowerment for new visions of justice, Singh works to deconstruct male empowerment, arguing that new narratives and practices—beyond patriarchal redemption—are necessary for a reimagining of Latino manhood in schools and beyond.

  The Bhagavad Gita is set in a narrative framework of a dialogue between Pandava prince Arjuna and his guide and charioteer Krishna. At the start of the Dharma Yudha (righteous war) between Pandavas and Kauravas, Arjuna is filled with great moral dilemma and despair about the violence and death the war will cause in the battle against his own kin. He wonders if he should renounce and seeks Krishna's counsel, whose answers and discourse constitute the Bhagavad Gita. 
   
  Krishna counsels Arjuna to 'fulfill his Kshatriya (warrior) duty to uphold the Dharma' through 'selfless action' .The Krishna–Arjuna dialogues cover a broad range of spiritual topics, touching upon ethical dilemmas and philosophical issues that go far beyond the war Arjuna faces. 
   
  Numerous commentaries have been written on the Bhagavad Gita with widely differing views on the essentials. According to some, Bhagavad Gita is written by Lord Ganesha which was told to him by Vyasa. 
   
  Vedanta commentators read varying relations between Self and Brahman in the text: Advaita Vedanta sees the non-dualism of Atman (soul) and Brahman (universal soul) as its essence, Whereas Bhedabheda and Vishishtadvaita see Atman and Brahman as both different and non-different, while Dvaita Vedanta sees dualism of Atman (soul) and Brahman as its essence. The setting of the Gita in a great battlefield. 
   
  The Bhagavad Gita presents a synthesis of Hindu ideas about dharma, theistic bhakti, and the yogic ideals of moksha. The text covers jnana, bhakti, karma, and Raja Yoga. 
   
  The Bhagavad Gita is the best known and most famous of Hindu texts, with a unique pan-Hindu influence. The Gita's call for selfless action inspired many leaders of the Indian independence movement including Mahatma Gandhi; the latter whom referred to it as his 'spiritual dictionary'.

  former mass produced and used small arm the - Kalashnikov rifle. 
  The similarities of the AK and Drones, for widespread use are their cheapness to build relative to their 
  use - cost benefit. Their individual strike and their reliability, and their 
  effectiveness. 
  In all its guises, it represents a new era in remote 'close contact'. 
  The Drone itself being sent from a remote location and controlled at a remote location, 
  but the target being an individual, small group or military vehicle like the Tank. 
  Drones are fast becoming the choice of weapon in the modern age for battlefield contact.
