Synopsis

I know that you know that there is a lot going on inside your body.
Educated people, like professors, and doctors, and nurses, and teachers, and first aiders, and paramedics all have long, indescribable and sometimes unpronounceable names for the things that they think work inside you to keep you upright.
Names like Epididymis (that’s my favourite), and Oesophagus, and Duodenum.
The truth is, your anatomy and physiology are far more interesting than you think.

What you don’t realise is that there is a whole community of tiny workers managing your insides. A really, really tiny community of people with the singular purpose of keeping your anatomy and physiology working in first class condition. They’re happy looking after your insides… Until something goes wrong.

Born in Sheffield, in 1950, Bill is now retired and lives with Sheila, his wife of over fifty-four years.
In 1966, at the age of 15½, he joined the army and enjoyed many overseas postings, with tours in Northern Ireland, France, Cyprus, Kenya, Iran, Bermuda and the USA.
He culminated his Army career in 1977 as an instructor.
Since leaving the army Bill has been employed as a television and film extra, a building surveyor, a lecturer, technical adviser to an insurer and, just prior to retirement, as a self employed health and safety consultant.
Bill is a published author and is also a published music composer and arranger.

What happens to teenaged heroes once they've fulfilled the prophecies and saved the world? Well, the lost prince of Atlantis is going to speed dating events in Manhattan, and having a surprising meeting.
    Source
The stories all suggest that the US military would get the cool alien space tech, and we'd have to trust them to do the right thing with it. More likely, the recipients would be random ordinary folk- like a guy out shopping and the woman he's trying to chat up.

St. Brigide might be a small point on the Quebec map, but it is rich in its ancestry of various ethnic groups, the Irish being amongst the first Brigidians. The reader is introduced to such a family: the McNulty clan who emigrated to French Canada to escape British oppression and to be free to practice their Catholic religion. This story underlines the lives of four women who defeated all odds to survive, thus insuring their descendant’s chance of a more clement world. The other side of the coin is the facility by which the Irish demonstrated assimilation. All of this is portrayed in a colorful text which makes readers feel as if they were part of an extended family. Indeed if they pause for a moment, many characters will step out of the shadows to call our names and to repeat the sweetness of their sounds. As it is written in the novel, “Life for the Ludger family was so full, so saturated with joy and dreams; they thought themselves the most blessed citizens of this earth”. Welcome to a reading adventure, a pilgrimage to the past: yours and mine. - Therese Bonvouloir Bayol
