The studio's name, "Ghibli," was inspired by an Italian word for a hot desert wind, which was also the nickname of an Italian scouting plane, chosen by Miyazaki because he was a fan of aircraft, and to represent the studio blowing a new wind through the anime industry.  
    
  The studio's mascot, Totoro, is a giant spirit inspired by raccoon dogs and cats. Totoro is from the 1988 film My Neighbor Totoro and is one of the studio's most recognizable symbols.  
    
  Four of Studio Ghibli's films are among the ten highest-grossing Japanese feature films. Spirited Away is third, with a gross of 31.68 billion yen in Japan and over US$380 million worldwide.

  2 - In an age where technology provides countless ways to connect with others, it’s paradoxical that many people are more isolated and lonely than ever. The proliferation of social media platforms, instant messaging apps, and virtual communities should, in theory, make us feel more connected. However, the opposite has often proven to be true. Instead of fostering genuine relationships, these digital connections can leave us feeling empty, misunderstood, and yearning for deeper, more authentic interactions. This phenomenon is what I call the paradox of loneliness—where the very tools designed to bring us closer together end up magnifying our sense of isolation.  
  3 - Panic attacks are sudden and intense episodes of overwhelming fear or anxiety. They can arise unexpectedly or in response to specific triggers, and typically reach their peak within minutes. During a panic attack, individuals may experience a rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, and a sense of impending doom or loss of control.   The first edition of the 'small ADHD consultation', published in 2014, was originally created to provide my patients with a quick overview of the broad field of ADHD symptoms in adults as summarised as possible. It was important to me to integrate accompanying disorders and therapeutic options such as medication and coaching strategies. It is not uncommon for the underlying ADHD symptoms to be masked by disorders that develop later (such as obsessive thinking, anxiety, panic attacks and addictions). Only abnormalities in childhood, such as dreaminess or motor restlessness with impulsiveness, allow conclusions to be drawn. Patients and friends were kind enough to embellish this book with their contributions, sketches, pictures and poems. The significantly expanded 3rd edition of the 'Little ADHD Consultation' is due to the increased needs and demands of my patients and the new findings concerning ADHD. New topics such as neurofeedback, medication overview, neurobiological aspects and autistic accompanying phenomena as well as legal aspects and cannabis medication have been included. I wish you many A-HA experiences with this expansion.
