Synopsis

In this edition, we raise the theme of human capital and agriculture by using a uniform method for each article, namely vector analysis. Agriculture is an important sector for human civilization because this sector is the key to human society. Without agriculture, it will be challenging to fight hunger in the world. We believe human capital is significant because human capital through education mechanisms and improving health services is an essential key for humans to stay healthy and productive. So that the agriculture and human capital sectors are closely related. The agriculture sector fulfills the nutritional needs of humans to stay alive and continue to be productive and healthy. The investment in human capital that we indicate in the investment in the health and education sectors provides people with insight and stays healthy to live healthy, productive, and happy lives. We conduct quantitative collaborative research with five universities from Indonesia, Spain, and France in various countries in the world. This needs to be done so that readers can understand the differences and uniqueness of each country, as reflected in our forecasting results. Even though using the same analytical tools, each country shows the uniqueness of each of these things, which can provide a big picture for collaboration between countries.

‘Twenty-first-century capitalism and the democracies that enabled it are self-destructing... a sobering ― and impeccably researched ― warning of what is likely to come next’ Bruce Whitfield
The leading lights of the tech revolution – Gates, Bezos, Zuckerberg, Musk – have been hailed as savants and saviours of the modern age. And yet they are at the forefront of wealth inequality not seen since the heyday of the robber barons in the late 19th century, part of the slide to the First World War. Today, rampant inequality is inciting social unrest and undermining faith in the institutions of the democratic state. Citizens have been left at the mercy of unfettered capitalism – mere data subjects, endlessly surveilled, marshalled and increasingly angry and polarised.
The decoupling of capitalism from democracy has fostered an economic system seemingly powered by greed alone, with the marginalisation of democratic principles facilitating the rise of authoritarians and populists like Putin, Xi Jinping, Trump and Boris Johnson.
How has it come to this? And does the unanticipated fightback in Ukraine, with support from the West, show us the way to reclaiming the lost spirit of freedom inherent in liberal democracy?

Produced by Dr. Elliott Haimoff, Barbara Sharp, Alina Butina and Randy FriendThis audiobook contains the UNIQUE unfiltered, unedited, and previously unreleased interviews conducted by Dr. Elliott Haimoff of Afterburner Enterprises of the long-time LA Lakers owner, Dr. Jerry Buss, and his daughter, Jeanie Buss, who is now the President and controlling owner of the Lakers. These two iconic figures collectively changed the game of pro basketball as we now know it, and altered the entire landscape of pro sports entertainment. They put the “Show” in “Showtime”, representing the gold standard for all sports teams in all pro sports leagues around the world. However, Jerry & Jeanie have never previously told the back-story to the early days of their sports team ownership, before all the glitz and glam and Hall of Fame players. Their true creative genius is brought here to the public from their own recollections and in their own words of those kinder gentler days of yesteryear. There are several other previously unreleased interviews with basketball and sports icons interviewed here who all had an effect on the Buss family that’s included here - Dennis Murphy, Mitch Kupchak, Bill Sharman, Claire Rothman, and Michael Shapiro. The introduction and epilogue are presented by John Ireland, the long-time LA Lakers announcer and “Voice of the Lakers”.

Don't settle for financial advice from someone who hasn't walked in your shoes.
The difference between you—an entrepreneur—and the average financial advisory client is massive. You don’t color within the lines. You don’t like being told what you can and can’t do. Most of the “rules of thumb” don’t mean much to you because you’d rather create your own path than follow the traditional path that everyone is on. You prefer to think about what’s possible rather than what limits and restrictions are in place. The word “retirement” probably makes you cringe. You don’t even remember a regular 9-to-5 or what it feels like when you can just go home and completely forget about work for the night or the weekend. You chose a different life…and all of the burdens, stresses, and opportunities that come with it. Most people don’t relate to your lifestyle as an entrepreneur and don’t understand why you think and work the way you do.
In Wealth Wired Differently, seasoned entrepreneur, bestselling author, and financial expert Chad Willardson clearly explains the advantages you miss out on when taking financial advice from non-entrepreneurs. Drawing from his own entrepreneurial experience and nearly 25 years of counseling entrepreneurs, Willardson reveals the power of the 7 advantages of working with an entrepreneurial advisor.
As much as you know, you need experts in your corner when you don’t feel understood or in alignment with your financial team; that friction will hold you back and limit what’s possible. Wealth Wired Differently is here to help you solve that problem and get back to what you do best: thinking big, exploring possibilities, and creating maximum impact for the people you and your business serve.

Based on a research study of more than a dozen leading companies, two world-renowned strategists detail the seven leadership imperatives for transforming companies for success in the digital era.

For companies to succeed in this digital age they must reimagine their businesses before they reimagine being digital, and courageously shed the past to rethink their place in the world and how they compete and collaborate with others to create value.

In their new book, Paul Leinwand and Mahadeva Matt Mani, both members of the PwC US partnership and the Strategy& global team, help leaders navigate these profound and historical shifts and provide a roadmap for reshaping their companies. Building on major new body of research, along with case studies of companies on the vanguard of this major shift, the authors identify the seven imperatives that leaders must follow as the digital age continues to evolve: reimagine your company's place in the world; build privileged insights into your customers; create value through ecosystems; break up the traditional organization; reposition your leadership team; reinvent the social contract with your people; and disrupt you own leadership approach. Together these seven imperatives comprise a playbook for architecting and executing the transformations that are required to succeed in the digital age.
