Beschreibung

In Quebec, about one in seven people has a criminal record.

Julien Dion has never had a job. Even in a labour shortage, companies don't hire schizophrenic ex-convicts in their 30s without work experience.

Participating in a weekend of clinical trials in exchange for a fee becomes an interesting solution, unless you end up in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Plunged unaware into the heart of a police investigation and haunted by the ghosts of his past, the young man will have to learn to ignore other people's opinions and accept who he is to reintegrate into society and finally live the life he covets. But can people really get rid of labels?

Judi is the first novel in a thriller trilogy that includes Freedom 56 and Hook.

Well, this puts the “ex” in “explosive”...
    FELIX
What would happen if everyone you’d ever dated got together and plotted against you?
For me, it’s glitter bombs. Lots and lots of glitter bombs.
Okay, maybe I deserved the first one or two. Or three. But when things become less glitter and more grenade, I’m forced into hiding with the smokin’ hot older client I just had a sizzling one-night stand with.
Malcolm’s gruff exterior hides a marshmallow center (who else would hire a pet massage therapist for their elderly cat?) — but until the bomber is behind bars, neither of us are safe.
And no one would risk their life for a disaster like me...right?
    MALCOLM
I wasn’t under any illusions the night I ended up in Felix’s bed. He’s just my type — smart, funny, and adorable with just the right amount of meat on his bones.
But a guy like that deserves more than a grouchy forty-something ex-FBI agent with a broken body and a screwed-up brain. So, I knew we were only ever in this for one night.
Except now with his dating history blowing up in his face, Felix is turning to me for help.
And I’m pretty sure my feelings can’t be defused.
Head Over Feels is a low-angst MM contemporary romance. Come for the grumpy/sunshine, forced proximity (but there are two beds, sorry), hurt/comfort, and found family. Stay for the 1985 Buick Riviera convertible, dreams coming true, personal growth, game nights, and an online date gone very, very, wrong. HEA guaranteed!

The Tiger is on the Prowl Again!
After the devastating effect her rampage had on her own life and the citizens of Bangkok in her early days as a medical student there, Lily`s life quietened, and she settled down to her studies. After two years, she won a scholarship to work in Great Ormond Street Children`s Hospital in London and moved there without Ron, who continued his education in Bangkok.
`Tiger Lily of Bangkok in London` picks up her story in her second of two years as a student doctor at the hospital. She loves her job there, and gets on well with the staff and children patients alike, but she has no friends outside work.
On one of her days off, she reads an article in the Sunday Times about organised paedophile rings in London involving the very establishment of the country itself and it incenses her.
She can either ignore it or get involved.
Her first reaction is to avoid re-arousing the Demon that had possessed her in Bangkok only a couple of years earlier, but when she meets fellow victims of child abuse, the die seems cast.
This story is not for the squeamish, but does not describe acts of child abuse. It does, however, make frequent references to notorious scenes of child abuse, especially the infamous `Meat Rack` on Piccadilly Circus in central London.
Many of the issues raised are still under police enquiry at the time of writing, although few people expect anything to come from them.
Shame on our so-called leaders, who would rather protect the powerful abusers than the powerless abused!

They showed up when I had no one else, their motives totally obscure. Driven by my need for closure, I find myself inexplicably drawn to them.

At the lowest point in my life, they offered me a twisted redemption: revenge.

Having them around ignites conflicting emotions within me—familiarity intertwined with so much doubt—and they want nothing more than to keep me.

They have the means to my end. But can I trust them? And can I allow myself to stay when their sins remain unspoken, threatening to tear everything apart again?

    Contains mature themes.
