This transcription appears to be a simple spoken English practice document. It contains repetitive, short phrases and sentences such as “The reason for me to say no because I just don't like to,” “He ran and fell down,” and two-word action commands like “Call and hide,” “Wait and sit,” and “Sell and smile.” These sentences are likely used for pronunciation, fluency training, or early English language learning.

In Sweden, nobody wants a troll to come into their garden, but how do you stop them? On a lonely road at night in Oman, Abdul's car breaks down and he takes a ride with a stranger, but perhaps it is safer to walk. In England some young people play a scary game, and in Asia, a soldier returns home - at last. Every country in the world has stories about ghosts and spirits and monsters of one kind or another. Some people believe in ghosts, and some don't - but everyone enjoys a good ghost story.

The aim of this book is to research the Ruthenian language fragments related to the conceptualisation and categorisation of domestic animals. An interdisciplinary framework of Cognitive Linguistic theories and methodologies were employed, including conceptual metaphor analysis, categorization, and association experiments.
This publication reveals prototypical members of domestic animal categories in the contemporary world image in the Ruthenian language of Vojvodina which is reconstructed through the results of association experiments. Considering the levels of research that show a petrified image of the world, manifested at the level of nominations and phraseologisms, the shift of certain members of these categories was followed. In that sense, a horse, a cow and a dog changed their places in categories, which also shows a change in human needs from domestic animals from labor-related assistance and providers of food to people's best and most loyal friends.

Thank you for your interest in the audiocourse German for Holiday by Audioacademyeu. The course is designed for beginners and slightly advanced learners and focuses on words and phrases you can use when travelling and especially on holiday. The course is based on contextual learning, which means that you will not only learn words, but also sentences in which you can use the words you have learned. In this course you will find a total of 600 words and practical sentences. If you are an absolut beginner, you will without a doubt appreciate a minicourse of the German pronunciation. The individual lessons are divided into the topics of travelling by car, travelling by plane, travel destinations, in a hotel, in a restaurant,on a trip, shopping and chatting. Listening to this course you can combine the pleasant with the useful - you will refresh your holiday vocabulary and revise your German in general at the same time. What is the best way to work with the course? Choose the lesson you want to start with. Each lesson contains six tracks. First, familiarize yourself with the actual vocabulary (tracks 1 and 2). In order to get a better grip over the new expressions in German, in track one you hear the German word twice. Next, you have a word followed by a contextual sentence, again in both translation options (tracks 3 and 4). Then you move on to complete sentences (tracks 5 and 6). ). Again, in track 5, you will hear the sentence in German twice. Once you have mastered translating sentences from English into German (lesson 6) in the time gap before the English translation, you have won. The words alone will help you in understanding the meaning, but using the mastered complete sentences will help you communicate much better. There is a script to this course available for free download at www.audioacademyeu.eu which will make your activities with the course much more effective. In its introduction, you will find a learning guide along with helpful tips on how to make the lessons more effective and a lesson plan for you to record your learning progress. The script is divided thematically into three parts. In the first part you will find a written version of the audio tracks you will listen to. In the second part you will find the writing tests. For each lesson there is one test of vocabulary and one test of sentences. The key to both tests is available right after the tests too In the third part of the script you will find double-sided flashcards that you can cut out with scissors and practice even when you can't or don't want to listen. The course is narrated by native speakers - Jeff Short in English, Jorg Hochfeld and Anja Flaume in German.

You don’t need more experience, motivation, or hours in the day to write a book you’re immensely proud of. Once you know what to focus on and how to navigate the avalanche of “But what if…?” that arises along the way, you’ll finally be able to get the damn book written so it can take its rightful place as someone else’s favorite read.
