Summary

The Earth is ruled by cruel Jovian overlords and has been for 40 years. Earthlings are slaves who seethe with anger but are helpless in view of the Jovian's disintegrating ray weapons compared to their own swords.  Will Earth be doomed to suffer this tragedy forever, and if not, who will take this yoke from their necks? Damis, the half-breed product of a Jovian father and earthling mother, that's who! This is a straightforward space opera with villains, heroes, huge space battles, creatures who have moved beyond sex and a beautiful heroine. There is even a seraglio. Fast moving and exciting to the end this pot boiler is fun to listen to
