Synopsis

On the surface, the Circus of Dreams travels around the Continent of Eiliron entertaining the people of the seven kingdoms with their frivolity and sleights of hand.

But beloved ringmaster and head puppeteer, Master Jeskil, is soon manipulating more than puppet strings when he is drawn into a wicked plot of greed and desire in the kingdom of Corraçao.

After years of marriage, the King and Queen of Hearts have no heir: a fact not lost on the King’s first counselor, Vikar Revin, who hears the court’s gossips whispering in the shadows, forming factions of allegiance, and plotting treasonous schemes.

At the heart of these conspiracies is the charming and ambitious Roxanna Talian of Feracia who has set her sights on replacing the Queen.

In spite of the mounting evidence of malign influences from outside as well as within, Revin is determined to protect Corraçao. With the help of his cousin Jeskil, and some wholly unexpected allies, Revin must find a way to thwart the enemies of the state and preserve whatever he can of the crippled Corraçian monarchy.

Magic, love, death, and intrigue beset the kingdom – the effects of which ripple through the generations to come.

Most people think The Fox is just a folk tale, designed to lure tourists to their quiet little town on the Appalachian Trail. But kindergarten teacher Lillian Smith is hoping the stories of the white-eared, white-pawed vixen—who brings luck and love to those who see her—are all true. After a chance sighting of the fabled fox, Lillian hopes her hiker boyfriend Owen will finally propose. Instead, he publicly dumps her, claiming she's not adventurous enough. Luckily, Lillian is not alone. She has her good friend Gavin, the local boot camp worker who agrees to help her reinvent herself—even though he thinks she's fine the way she is. Then there are the townsfolk who also claim to have caught glimpses of The Fox: an offbeat musician with a downbeat career, a not-so-fortunate couple who've forgotten just how lucky they are, and a playwright whose life needs a second act. This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice.
In a single, breathtaking moment, the world is forever changed.
Millions vanish—mothers, fathers, children, entire families—leaving behind only their clothes and possessions. What remains is confusion, grief, and fear as those left behind grapple with the terrifying possibility that the prophecies of Scripture have come to pass.
In Birmingham, Alabama, Tom, Josh, and Sam confront a city collapsing under its own panic. Tom, whose wife and children were taken, must wrestle with heartbreak while clinging to the faint hope that God still has a plan. Josh questions everything he once believed, desperate for answers that seem out of reach. And Sam, already scarred by loss, wonders if redemption is even possible for a man like him.
In New York City, Jessie and Marcus face the calamity in a place where chaos spreads faster than hope. Jessie searches for meaning in a world gone silent, while Marcus—a man of God—sees the event as both judgment and calling. Determined to build a refuge for the frightened and the broken, he becomes a shepherd for the lost in a city that suddenly feels godless.
Though divided by distance, they are united by the same reality: they were left behind. Their only hope for survival lies in faith, trust, and a return to the God many had forgotten.
Separation Day is a gripping tale of loss, prophecy, and the desperate search for light in a world overshadowed by judgment.
