They being their  journey  on a barge across  the Nile to visit his old friends from Rome -Theopolis, Hannibal and Mumumu and see how they are doing. 
  Africa is in an upheaval. King Beri is using captured elephants in his salt mine often working them without food or rest. Large ruthless baboons run King Beri's operation and they are both unrelenting and cruel to the gentle beasts forced to work in the mines while slowly starving, the baboons have captured Hannibal's nephew Mumumu and tied him up and left him for dead. Ollie and Ruthy after crossing the Nile have made their way into the deep jungle. Ollie is glad to see his old friend King of the Jungle Lion Theopolis and is informed that he has come just in time. Rupert seeks out a local kettle of vultures who aid in the rescue of the wounded elephants. And help them as they storm the gates of the mine. The audio script is well produced and is sure to be enjoyed by the entire family as Donkey Ollie fans once again listen in amazement as Donkey Ollie and his crew pull off another rescue, in their ever-present dance with danger. I don't know how many donkeys want to honeymoon in Africa, but Donkey Ollie comes through right on the button. His new wife Ruthie couldn't be prouder of Ollie, Rupert, Smoothfeather and the new friends she meet salong the way
