Synopsis

The mount of the soulsis a short story written by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer and published in 1861 in a collection of stories by the author entitled Soria. The legend told in this story shows us the events that happened to Alonso, a young man who tried to please his cousin Beatriz on All Saints' Day or All Souls' Night (November 1). Beatriz was a really beautiful young woman, with blue eyes and beautiful lips, who had lost her bond on the mountain of souls. She asks her cousin to go look for him, knowing that all kinds of spirits roam that night and that it can be dangerous. Alonso agrees to the request, even knowing that it is dangerous to go to the mountains that night, since he is easily persuaded by Beatriz. He discovers the terrifying task that Alonso embarked on that night of the dead...

    As Leigh Perry, she writes the Family Skeleton series about Georgia Thackery, an adjunct English professor, and her family's unusual family skeleton. Which is a skeleton. Named Sid. Sid walks, talks, and tells bad bone jokes. Together, Georgia and Sid solve crimes. 
      
    Both Leigh and Toni write short stories, and The Skeleton Rides a Horse and Other Stories is their first team-up.
