Synopsis

It's been three months since 13-year-old Edie solved her mother's murder and became a supersleuth.
One evening Edie is babysitting for a neighbour, Donna, who has repeatedly caught sight of an estranged friend from overseas. What is troubling Donna, however, is that it seems she's been in the same place at the same time as this friend on a number of occasions over the past few days. Meanwhile, Edie's school friend Harry Coranger is suspicious of his stepfather, who has become involved with ultra-radical anti-capitalists who, furious at the state of the planet and its greed-fuelled decline, are plotting an audacious double atrocity.
Utilising her brave instincts and skills as a supersleuth for hire, Edie sets about resolving the mysteries and averting the crises that she is confronted with - as she comes to realise that things often happen outside of chance, and outside of our understanding and control.
To solve each mystery, Edie must harness the Three Principles, a new approach to understanding how the mind works that is currently proving invaluable in improving mental health and well-being in children internationally.

John Openshaw tells Holmes that in 1883 his uncle died two months after receiving a letter inscribed "K.K.K." with five orange pips enclosed, and that in 1885 his father died soon after receiving a similar letter; now Openshaw himself has received such a letter. Holmes tells him to do as the letter asks and leave a diary page, which Holmes deduces is connected to the Ku Klux Klan, on the garden sundial. Openshaw is killed before he can do so, but Holmes discovers the killers have been travelling on a sailing ship, and sends the captain a letter with five orange pips. The ship is lost at sea.

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice.
What if you could go back in time, not to change history, but to short it?
When Wall Street prodigy John Sterling loses everything, a mysterious angel offers him a second chance: return to 2010 armed with the knowledge of 2025. Armed with stock charts, crypto forecasts, and insider foresight, John becomes the man who can outsmart the future itself. But as every trade reshapes time, he discovers that money can’t hedge against destiny.
Set between the chaos of the 2008 crash and the rise of Bitcoin, Timora: The Man Who Shorted the Future blends financial thriller, time-travel paradox, and moral reckoning into one gripping narrative. John must navigate love, greed, and guilt while watching the butterfly effect unfold across a decade of rewritten history.
As fortunes soar and collapse in seconds, the real question emerges: if you knew every turn the market would take, would you use it to save the world, or just yourself?
Written by AL Nika, this audiobook fuses the intellect of The Big Short with the metaphysical edge of Interstellar and Back to the Future II. It’s a haunting story of redemption, fate, and the price of knowing too much.
For fans of speculative fiction, finance thrillers, and philosophical sci-fi, Timora is a pulse-pounding journey through time, temptation, and the limits of human choice.

Marjorie and Mrs Jameson must find out who sent the death notice, before the threat becomes reality. But Marjorie quickly discovers that Lord Ravensbourne, a belligerent bully, collects enemies like other men collect stamps. Everyone seems to have good reason to wish him dead.
Marjorie dives into the murky world of 1920s Fleet Street, the home of British newspapers, where back-stabbing journalists will do anything for a scoop, inky-fingered printers strike at the drop of a trilby hat, and the presses rumble deafeningly in the basement. Can she protect Lord Ravensbourne, find out who sent the death notice – and decide what to do about the jazz-playing pianist, Freddie?

She’s had dozens of identities—but none of them have ever fallen in love.
In this action–packed thrill–ride of suspense, humor, and heartfelt romance, an undercover informant and an out–of–practice field agent delve deep into an investigation and become entangled with a most unlikely band of criminals, a ruthless killer—and hopefully, each other, if they can survive long enough . . .
When confidential informant Erin Daniels is abruptly pulled off an insider trading investigation and sent across the country with just a few hours’ notice, she’s definitely not expecting her new assignment to involve infiltrating a smuggling ring in a . . . suburban mommy group? She’s also not expecting to meet a clumsy field agent who is hot as hell—or to hear that the man who handled her assignments for the last 10 years is dead.
Erin’s spent the last decade as a secret operative for the intelligence agency that arrested her con artist father—and ostensibly is keeping her safe from retribution. With her former handler the only constant in a life spent on the move, inserting herself into dangerous situations, Erin has to adjust to newcomer Cal Bray, and his blundering attempts to protect her—all while trying to deny her growing attraction to him.
But before they can get too far into the mommy ring, a vengeful figure from Erin’s past reappears, bent on killing her—and coming uncomfortably close. Drawing on her years of experience and Cal’s best instincts, Erin is determined to exorcize her ghosts, and find out what a real life, on her own, is like—and if Cal is willing to lend a hand . . .
